Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Use irrigation systems and manage watering schedules to support plant health across various landscapes.
• Conduct landscape installation projects such as hardscape features (patios, walkways) and planting beds with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Support tree care activities including planting, trimming, and removal as needed for safety and landscape design.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health, pruning techniques, and tree care.
