We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape structures
• Manage plant health through proper identification, pest control (including pesticide management), and horticultural practices
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Follow safety procedures consistently to prevent accidents during outdoor work activities

Requirements

• Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and horticulture principles
• Ability to identify various plants and pests accurately
• Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation
• Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus
