Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping technicians on various outdoor projects, including lawn care, planting, hardscape installation, and grounds maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of construction projects and routine landscape services.
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools.
• Oversee irrigation management and troubleshooting to maintain healthy landscapes.
• Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and pest management; perform horticultural duties as needed.
• Maintain safety standards by enforcing proper equipment operation procedures and promoting safe outdoor work practices.
• Manage company vehicle operation during project transportation and client site visits while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Support team development through training on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to plan landscaping layouts and execute design specifications effectively.
