Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, transplanting, and identifying various plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers to ensure proper growth and health.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and small machinery like excavators safely and efficiently for landscape projects.
• Support hardscape installation including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other features to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Manage irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and maintaining watering setups to promote optimal plant health.
• Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify pests or diseases; apply pesticides or horticultural treatments responsibly when necessary.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to commercial or residential properties.
• Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal under supervision to maintain safety and landscape design.
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety standards are met and tools are ready for use on upcoming projects.
