Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
• Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
• Perform tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting components to ensure proper watering schedules
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and team members
• Support general site cleanup, debris removal, and routine maintenance to uphold high standards of safety and appearance

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating equipment for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety procedures when handling tools and machinery
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year
