Landscape Laborer (Part-Time) – $17/hour

Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently
• Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
• Help with tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Aid in hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls under supervision
• Conduct plant identification and assist with landscape design elements to support overall project goals

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Ability to work outdoors in Arkansas heat
• Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
