Noack Maintenance & Landscaping is a full service lawn maintenance and landscape company that has been in business since 1976 looking for lawn maintenance and landscaping laborers. Join our experienced lawn maintenance team as a Mower/Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise and passion! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through mowing, trimming and weed control. Whether working on residential or commercial properties, you’ll play a vital part in transforming outdoor areas into vibrant, well-maintained spaces that inspire pride and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of power tools including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to perform landscape maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, aerating, fertilizing, and overseeding to ensure lush, healthy turf.
• Perform landscape enhancements such as planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing hardscape features like patios or walkways.
• Identify various plants and trees to ensure proper care and maintenance practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and power tools.
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticulture principles.
• Knowledge of plant identification, pruning techniques, tree care, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep.
• Must be dependable

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
