Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape crews, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship across multiple projects
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client specifications and deadlines
• Oversee all aspects of landscape installation including planting, lawn care, irrigation systems, tree care, and gardening tasks
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Identify plant species accurately, troubleshoot irrigation issues, and implement maintenance plans for long-term landscape health
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related construction fields with a focus on projects
• Supervising experience managing teams of crew members in outdoor settings
