Duties

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing irrigation systems
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to maintain healthy turf
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like pruning, edging, and general site cleanup
• Support landscape maintenance activities including fertilizing, mulching, and weed control
• Help with hardscape projects by preparing surfaces and assisting with the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows for seasonal tasks like excavation or snow removal
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on site
• Follow safety protocols consistently while working around construction sites, trees, and delicate plantings
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery and maintaining existing landscapes

Experience

• Previous experience or familiarity with landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating equipment and troubleshooting tools
