Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, and plant identification to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and effectively during landscape installation and repair projects
• Support the installation of hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other construction elements
• Perform lawn care tasks including aeration, fertilization, edging, and snow plowing during seasonal changes
• Manage plant health through proper watering, pest management, pesticide application, and horticultural practices
• Help with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, and removal while adhering to safety standards
• Conduct routine landscape maintenance to ensure properties remain pristine and well-kept

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape tools and equipment
• Experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to identify various plants and understand their care requirements
