Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Landscape Laborer / Driver to support our landscaping projects and ensure smooth operations on-site. This role involves hands-on landscape maintenance, operating various equipment, and safely transporting materials and tools to job sites. Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, pruning small trees, shrubs, and hedges.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently.
• Support planting projects by installing shrubs, flowers, trees, and hardscape features.
• Safely drive company vehicles to transport tools, materials, and crew members to various job sites.
• Perform general site cleanup and ensure work areas are tidy and safe throughout the day.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems is a plus.
• Construction experience or knowledge of hardscape installation enhances your fit for this role.
• Ability to identify common plants and trees supports effective landscape care.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential for operating company vehicles safely.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Experience with tree care, lawn care, is advantageous but not mandatory.
