Job Summary

Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and bring outdoor spaces to life! Your hands-on work will include operating a variety of tools and equipment, performing landscape maintenance tasks, and supporting the creation of beautiful, functional outdoor environments. Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate power tools including trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and hand tools to perform routine landscaping tasks efficiently
• Support planting projects by identifying plants, preparing soil, and installing new greenery or hardscape features like pathways and patios.
• Execute seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and removal to keep outdoor spaces safe and accessible during winter months

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in operating hand tools and power equipment safely
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or lawn care is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Prior experience with snow plowing or snow removal equipment is advantageous
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and site maintenance
