Maintenance and Landscaping

Job Summary

Assist in property maintenance and farm labor.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance including but not limited to mowing, trimming, planting, pruning
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal
• Maintain equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure safety and longevity

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools
• Strong landscape maintenance skills with a focus on lawn care, gardening, planting, and hardscape installation
• Construction experience or familiarity with site development projects is a plus
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and health assessment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
