Duties

• Assist with landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to ensure healthy turf and attractive lawns
• Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system setup, and seasonal snow plowing when needed
• Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently to complete daily tasks
• Support landscape maintenance activities including fertilizing, mulching, watering, and pest control to promote plant health
• Help with equipment maintenance and basic repairs on machinery like excavators or other construction tools
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to ensure a secure work environment

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is advantageous
