Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, edging, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or performing general maintenance
• Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering efficiency for lawns and gardens
• Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to maintain safe access for clients
• Help with excavation work using equipment like excavators for landscape projects or site preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites by removing debris and ensuring all tools are properly stored after use
• Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects involving gardening, tree care, or hardscape installation to meet project goals efficiently

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or snow plows
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina and strength are essential
