Responsibilities

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain healthy lawns and gardens.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to improve aesthetic appeal.
• Assist with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting using appropriate hand tools or power equipment.
• Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering practices.
• Help with hardscape projects by preparing surfaces, installing pavers or retaining walls under supervision.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and construction.
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; comfortable with lifting heavy materials and operating machinery.
