Landscaper/Laborer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' landscapes are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain neat and tidy grounds.
• Assist in building landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
• Carry out tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment after each job.

Skills

• Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care practices.
• Experience in mowing, groundskeeping, and general landscape maintenance.
• Ability to build landscape features with attention to detail.
• Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment effectively.
• Proficiency in tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques.

• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
