Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, planting, lawn care, irrigation, and tree care activities across multiple projects
• Manage crew members by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship to ensure productivity and safety standards are upheld
• Oversee the installation of landscaping features, including plants, turf, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements
• Conduct plant identification and horticultural assessments to maintain healthy landscapes and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory to support ongoing project needs

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising landscaping or outdoor construction crews in or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, plant identification, and lawn care techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
