Duties

• Manage irrigation systems, including installation, repairs, adjustments, and seasonal winterization to ensure optimal watering efficiency.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to guide proper care and maintenance practices.
• Coordinate construction projects such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, or drainage systems while adhering to safety protocols.
• Train team members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation to foster skill development.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and environmental regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.
