• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, pruning, fertilization, and pest control
• Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and placement
• Manage irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to optimize water efficiency
• Lead team management efforts by assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities and maintain compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or horticulture with a focus on supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of plant identification, tree care, lawn care, gardening techniques, and irrigation management
• Construction experience related to outdoor projects is highly desirable
