Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscaping crews in executing lawn care, landscape and irrigation system maintenance,
• Manage irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal landscape health.
• Identify plants accurately to recommend appropriate care practices and ensure healthy growth.
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles.
• Oversee tree care activities such as pruning, planting, removal, and disease management to promote safety and aesthetics.
• Ensure all outdoor work adheres to safety protocols while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks effectively, monitor performance, and provide coaching to foster a motivated work environment.
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional landscaping solutions.
• Maintain records of project progress, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and crew hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping management or supervising outdoor maintenance teams with a strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture.
