Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-kept and visually appealing.

Duties: - Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns - Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth - Irrigate lawns and plants as needed to ensure proper hydration - Conduct snow plowing during winter months to clear pathways and driveways - Implement hardscape projects to enhance outdoor living spaces - Dig and plant flowers, trees, and other vegetation to enhance landscape aesthetics

Experience: - Proven experience in lawn care maintenance and landscaping - Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers - Knowledge of tree care techniques including pruning and trimming - Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently - Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces
