Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure pristine lawns and landscapes.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and snow plows to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree care, tree trimming, and shrubbery upkeep.
• Maintain irrigation systems for optimal water management and healthy plant growth.
• Execute hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter seasons to keep properties safe and accessible.
• Conduct routine inspections of landscape health and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure ongoing excellence.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to gardening equipment, power tools, and construction machinery is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with excavators or similar construction equipment is a plus.
