Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure healthy, lush turf.
• Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower installations with precision and care.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for trimming, pruning, planting, and general maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows during seasonal transitions to support construction or winter services.
• Install and repair irrigation systems to promote optimal water efficiency across various landscapes.
• Assist with hardscape projects like patio installation, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor structures.
• Conduct tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal to maintain safety and aesthetics.
• Support construction activities related to landscape projects by preparing sites and handling materials with proper techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and longevity of assets.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
