Landscaper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care and landscape maintenance at various locations in Morristown and Dandridge. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
• Maintain landscapes through regular upkeep such as weeding, planting, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Operate excavators and other machinery for construction projects as needed.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal when necessary.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
• Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

• 2 years of experience minimum required!!
• Familiarity with horticulture practices and plant care techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems related to landscaping equipment is essential.
• Experience with gardening, tree care, snow plowing, and hardscape installation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
