• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment like excavators for planting, grading, and landscape installation projects
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and tree trimming to promote safety and aesthetics
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible
• Support construction projects involving hardscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating equipment safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and gardening principles is beneficial
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators enhances performance on the job
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning helps maintain healthy trees and safety standards
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina is essential
