Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems to perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks
• Maintain lawns and gardens through mowing, edging, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Assist with landscape construction projects such as installing hardscapes like patios and walkways, planting trees and shrubs, and building retaining walls
• Drive company vehicles safely to transport materials, equipment, and team members between job sites while adhering to all safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping machinery and vehicles to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
• Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, lawn equipment, excavators, and irrigation systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating trucks or larger vehicles preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
