Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure healthy, lush turf.
• Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, and shrub shaping to promote growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws safely and efficiently.
• Execute landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, and soil preparation to support plant health.
• Provide irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas.

Experience

• Experience not absolutely required.
• Mechanical knowledge of gardening tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators.
• Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including pruning, tree care, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience with snow plowing or winter weather maintenance is a plus.
