Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine and healthy.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, soil preparation, and installation projects.
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment for site preparation and hardscape installation.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetics.
• Install irrigation systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain clear pathways and driveways.
• Support garden design projects by planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery in accordance with client specifications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling various landscaping equipment and tools.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively; experience with hand tools is essential.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant care techniques, and tree health management.
