Duties

• Must be willing to start work at 8:00 AM
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas pristine
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, and installing landscape features
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for grading, digging, and installing hardscape elements like patios or retaining walls
• Conduct lawn care activities including aeration, seeding, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules
• Provide tree care services such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments to preserve safety and aesthetics
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways for clients

Experience

• Must have a Clean and Valid Drivers License
• Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is mandatory; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and small machinery like excavators is advantageous
