Landscape Team Member.

Overview

We are seeking a Landscape Crew Member. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape and outdoor work.Irrigation experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.

_Mandatory -must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR and be able to obtain base access.

Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Duties

• Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, and weeding
• Plant and maintain gardens, trees, and shrubs
• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively
• Assist with hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Irrigate landscapes to ensure proper hydration for plants
• Dig and prepare soil for planting
• Contribute to tree care activities such as pruning and trimming

Qualifications

_Mandatory -must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR and be able to get base access

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
• Able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.

• Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively outdoors with various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects and working on your feet for extended periods.

- The ability to drive a truck and trailer to worksites.

- Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
