Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Job Summary

NCL Solutions is seeking an experienced, competent team member for a Landscaping Maintenance Foreman position in a highly productive, fast paced environment. We are looking for a motivated leader who wishes to grow with the company and who makes quality workmanship a priority. The right candidate will exhibit good communication skills and have a trustworthy, dependable attitude. This is a year-round position with opportunities to be cross-trained and utilized in other landscaping areas during the off-season when maintenance tasks are not needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of landscape crewmen, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain various landscapes by performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigating.
• Implement tree care practices to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Build and maintain landscape features including patios, walkways, and garden beds.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational for daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques.
• Ability to build landscape features using appropriate materials and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
