Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning trees, and planting flowers or shrubs
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like edging, digging, and installing hardscape features
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth
• Maintain equipment including excavators, lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery
• Perform general site cleanup and prepare landscapes for seasonal changes or special projects
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving hardscape features like patios or walkways

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
• Willingness to learn about irrigation systems and other landscape services
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
