Hardscape Installer

Duties

• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of hardscape features.
• Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and setting forms for concrete pouring or masonry work.
• Install paving materials including stone, brick, concrete pavers, and other building materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient installation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as masonry, concrete finishing, carpentry, and landscaping elements.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards.
• Complete site cleanup and ensure all installations meet client specifications and project timelines.

Skills

• Extensive construction site experience with a focus on hardscape installation techniques.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry and concrete work.
• Knowledge of building material installation including bricklaying, stone setting, concrete forming and finishing, stucco application, caulking, plastering, roofing prep, and glass installation.
• Electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus for integrated outdoor features.
