Landscaping Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and or enhancing outdoor space. The ideal candidate will have landscaping experience, possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, timely and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks with the potential to lead a team on projects.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. - Oversee the implementation of projects from the designer. - Lead the installation of new landscape designs, landscaping and hardscaping including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, water features, rock laying, rock walls (retaining) irrigation. - Irrigation installation experience helpful - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all crew members. - Communicate effectively with client/business owner/designer to understand the needs /wants and provide updates on project progress.

• Proven experience in hardscape and landscape.
• Irrigation installation experience helpful.
• Punctual, Dependable, Able to and willing to work hard in a harsh environment, heat or cold.
• Proficient in following directions, taking direction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
