From lawn care to building patios and retaining walls, this role offers hands-on work with opportunities to grow. No experience needed—if you’re ready to work hard and learn, we’ll train you. Key Responsibilities

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
• Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, etc.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
• Load/unload materials and keep the worksite clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to do physical labor outdoors in all weather
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, not required
• Good with tools and machinery (or ready to learn)
• Team player with solid communication skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
