Landscape Technician (Bed Maintenance)

Position Summary

The Landscape Technician (Bed Maintenance) is responsible for performing a wide range of landscaping and grounds maintenance services to ensure high-quality results for customers. This role supports both maintenance and installation work and plays a key part in delivering safe, efficient, and professional service in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance services including planting, weeding, mulching, trimming, edging, and general site upkeep
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
• Follow daily job assignments and complete work efficiently to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with Crew Leaders regarding job progress or issues
• Assist with landscape installations such as hardscapes, softscapes, and seasonal enhancements
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
