Landscaper/Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and the ability to maintain and improve the beauty of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong understanding of hardscape and garden maintenance, as well as the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of landscape tasks, including mowing, pruning, and tree trimming to maintain the health and appearance of our outdoor spaces. - Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to complete tasks efficiently and safely. - Build and install hardscapes, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve a cohesive and visually appealing landscape design. - Keep records of maintenance and repairs to ensure that the landscape is properly cared for.Qualifications: - Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field. - Strong knowledge of hardscape and garden maintenance techniques. - Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively. - Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. - Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather. - Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. - Mechanical knowledge and experience with snow plowing is a plus. - Experience with building and installing hardscapes is a plus. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Skills:- Hardscape - Snow plowing - Tree trimming - Irrigate - Mowing - Garden - Hand tools - Mechanical knowledge - Build - Maintain Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour License/Certification:
