Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to properly care for them and advise on landscape health.
• Manage irrigation systems—installing, repairing, and maintaining sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction features.
• Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants from pests while ensuring environmental safety.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety around properties.
• Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Support plant installation projects by preparing soil beds and planting new greenery with precision.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly preferred.
