Landscape Laborer / Hardscape Crew Member

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our landscaping and outdoor construction crew. Experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person who is motivated, reliable, and ready to work.

This position involves hands-on outdoor work including landscaping, hardscaping, demolition, and installation projects. You will work alongside our crew to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.

Job Duties May Include

• Installing and removing turf and sod
• Paver patios, walkways, edging, rock, gravel, and concrete work
• Irrigation system installation, repairs, and trenching
• Fence installation and repairs
• Demolition, hauling, site cleanup, and job-site preparation
• Operating and assisting with compactors, sod cutters, power tools, drill impacts, skill saws, demo saws, and other landscaping equipment
• Loading/unloading materials and keeping work areas clean and organized
• Following safety procedures and taking direction from crew leads

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to work 8-16 hour days
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
• Comfortable using or learning how to use power tools and landscaping equipment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Landscaping, construction, concrete, fencing, irrigation, or hardscape experience is preferred but not required

Pay: Pay depends on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to operate equipment. Opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
