We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through hands-on landscaping, lawn care, and property upkeep. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients while gaining valuable experience in landscape maintenance and construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and gardening to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor environments
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing walkways, patios, or retaining walls under supervision
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and aesthetics
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all landscaping and construction activities

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care, irrigation systems, or hardscape installation is desirable
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work outdoors in various weather conditions
