Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers while ensuring proper soil preparation and planting techniques
• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant gardens
• Operate hand tools and power equipment like trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and small excavators to support landscaping projects
• Support hardscape construction activities including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stonework
• Conduct landscape maintenance duties such as pruning trees and shrubs, applying mulch, watering plants, and managing irrigation systems
• Prepare sites for new projects by clearing debris, grading soil with excavators or other machinery, and ensuring safety standards are met during all operations
• Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and community areas

Qualifications
