Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including planting, lawn care, pruning, irrigation installation and maintenance, and general garden upkeep
• Lead a team of landscape workers, providing clear instructions, training, and support to ensure productivity and safety standards are met
• Oversee landscape construction projects such as installing hardscapes, retaining walls, and outdoor features
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools and machinery
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations on landscaping solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines during all operations

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and lawn care techniques
• Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with landscape construction processes including hardscape installation
• Ability to identify trees and plants for proper care (tree care expertise)
