Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
• Contribute to hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features like patios or walkways
• Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments with proper techniques
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and winter storm cleanup to keep properties safe and accessible during winter months

• Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools is highly desirable
• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support horticultural effort
• Construction experience or experience operating equipment like excavators is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
