for a daily worker someone with some experience . Our work hours are short but outside for hot days. Usually ranging from 9-10am starting and ending 1-3pm latest

Duties

• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance tasks, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning
• Maintain lawns through mowing, aeration, fertilization, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf
• Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, and removal using appropriate equipment like chainsaws and excavators
• Help with irrigation system installation and repairs to promote efficient watering practices
• Prepare sites for hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls using excavation equipment
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and team members

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or construction is highly desirable
