This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as Shrub Trimming, Mulching, Weeding, Tree Work.
• Assist in the installation of hardscape features, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Care for trees and shrubs by pruning, watering, and applying fertilizers as needed.
• Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Maintain garden beds by planting flowers, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance of tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment effectively.
• Experience in lawn care practices including mowing and fertilization techniques.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks such as tree care and irrigation systems.
• Ability to build hardscape features with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent physical stamina for performing labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
