Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, sod laying, and hardscape setup such as patios and walkways
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently, including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small excavators
• Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering of plants and lawns
• Identify various plants and trees to assist with horticultural care and landscape design
• Manage landscape debris by raking, hauling, and disposing of waste responsibly
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access to properties
• Conduct routine inspections for pest control and pesticide management following safety protocols
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting while ensuring safety standards are met
• Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic repairs to ensure operational readiness

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is highly desirable
