Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power equipment
• Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy turf and vibrant gardens
• Maintain existing landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system checks, and general horticultural care
• Operate construction equipment like small tractors and other machinery for site preparation and hardscape projects
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as digging, planting, or installing landscape features
• Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications

• Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating construction machinery such as tractors or mini skid steers is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
