Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and gardening to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive
• Assist with bed maintenance; weeding and cultivating flower beds
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, blowing, weed eating, planting, and installing mulch.
• Perform tree care duties including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety
• Complete spring & fall Clean Ups

Experience

• Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping activities such as lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and basic equipment operation is advantageous
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently when handling tools and machinery is essential
• Strong work ethic and pride in work, with the willingness to learn new skills in landscaping
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor tasks consistently throughout the day in various weather conditions
