• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support proper horticultural care and landscape design
• Manage company gear, including cleaning, repair, and seasonal adjustments to promote optimal practices
• Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and health assessments to maintain safety and aesthetic standards
• Assist with hardscape installation projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction features
• Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
